Les Frontières
I have interpreted “Les Frontières” mainly in two meanings:
La formation et l'extinction des frontières, et la coexistence des frontières.

In part about La formation et l'extinction des frontières, I tried various works on how a psychological border appears and disappears.
I was curious to see if we perceive an object without borders, and therefore, I have removed the borders.
However, we can still perceive it as if the object is there.
This shows that, even though the visual borders have been removed, in our brain, the borders are still there.

In the other part about La coexistence des frontières, I have thought about the visual border formed by the coexistence of light and shadow.
The cylinders are 3-dimensional, and their shadows are in 2-dimensional planes.
As a result, 2D and 3D are co-existing in a single object and single scene.
I have tested different shapes of shadows by rearranging the cylinders.
